About Halqa
Halqa, also known as HalqaHub, brings the three things people do with the people around them into one free app: talking, getting together in communities, and buying and selling nearby.
Why one app
Most of us keep friends in one app, groups in another and buying and selling in a third. Halqa puts them under one @username, so the person you meet in a community is the same person you chat with and trade with, with the same name, badges and reviews everywhere.
What you can do
- Chat one-to-one or in groups, with photos and voice notes.
- Communities for your city, school, business or hobby, with channels, threads, roles and moderation tools.
- Marketplace to buy and sell nearby: offers in the chat, a handover code to complete orders, and reviews only from completed sales.
What we stand for
- No ads, and we don’t sell what you share.
- Real moderation under clear community guidelines, with explained decisions and appeals.
- Badges that mean something: earned from real sales, or given after Halqa checks who someone is.
- Six languages: English, Urdu, Arabic, Russian, Azerbaijani and Turkish.
